Job Description

Working closely with and reporting to the AMER Head of Sales you will:



Primarily focused on enabling our Channel Partners to sell client products into their customer bases, working very closely with the partner sales and engineering teams. You will become an expert on how products and value propositions can enhance the way partner's sell and build immersive solutions for clients. This is an exciting opportunity working with partners across the EMEA region.



This is a critical role in the client growth plan, and you will be required to have a good mix of abilities that include: ability to understand and explain multiple products' value propositions, strong communication and presentation skills to create and own training programs, an ability to be a confident public speaker and product expert, and a desire to drive for significant growth in our business.

* Create a scalable Channel Partner management program that enables new partners to effectively sell and integrate products (this is a responsibility for the entire global channel partner programme success)



* Identify and evaluate potential partners to build the network of official Channel Partners in the AMER region.



* Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and be a liaison between partners and internal Business Development, Product Management, Engineering and Sales teams

* Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts, this involves monitoring Partner Sales and Operational Results Based on KPIs



* Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.



* Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.



* Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.



* Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.



* Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.



* Work with IT and Marketing to create a Partner Portal to communicate information and for the registration of Leads (Long term).



* Manage the integrations, including information around licenses, downloads, commercials, user manuals,
