Position Summary

This position is responsible for the annual strategy and day-to-day operations surrounding the incentive

plans for - LS, AST, IPT, Procedural Solutions, NACO, IMS, LA, APAC and contract management. It is

responsible for organizing, maintaining, and directing all activities and functions related to the

calculation, and communication of sales commissions and incentive compensation as well as supporting

the design and modeling of plan changes This position is the finance partner for the business on executing

sales strategies through compensation plans.

Duties

Commissions/Incentives

o Employee will be required to interpret the internal control and financial reporting policies, procedures

and practices of the Company and learn to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the policies,

procedures and practices. Recommend and implement corrective action plans to correct policy or

third party compliance matters

o Employee will be responsible for analyzing effective plan performance for all incentive plans (LS,

AST, IPT, Procedural Solutions, NACO, IMS, LA, APAC) impacting ~2700 employees.

o Partner with businesses to review, design, and/or model compensation plans as requested to drive

sales behaviors desired by the respective business

o Review plan performance and provide periodic updates as to results of commission plan attainment.

o Provide annual appendix document updates to field personnel and serve as resource to assist in field

understanding/execution of plans

o Maintain and supports the development of annual quota.

o Oversee all monthly, quarterly and year end commission and incentive calculations.

o Prepare or review analysis of commission and incentive accruals.

o Prepare or review compensation analyses to assist management in understanding the internal

financial statements and answer any inquiries they may have.

Additional Responsibilities

o Direct supervisory responsibilities for personnel including selection, hiring, training, performance

evaluations, promotional recommendations and work schedules.

o Creates and provides guidance of policies, procedures and operational changes related to area of

responsibility.

o Oversee large projects related to area of responsibility.

Required Experience

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

2. 15 years of related incentive compensation, commissions experience

3. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

4. Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written.

5. Ability to analyze and solve problems

6. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple and competing tasks must be shown.

Preferences:

1. 5 + years of supervisory experience preferred.

2. Preferred 8+ years of Accounting/Finance Analysis Experience.

3. Knowledge of ERP accounting systems is required, Oracle is preferred,

Pay range for this opportunity is$121,430.00-$163,464.00. This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION]OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
