| Summary of Position | This job supports the instructional component of the school’s mission to provide college courses leading to a degree or certificate. The Central Texas College instructor provides quality instruction and is committed to the personal development of each student. |
| Minimum Required Education | Master’s Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with a minimum of eighteen graduate level semester hours in the teaching field. |
| Minimum Required Experience | Experience in post-secondary teaching is preferred. |
| Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter through education, experience, and skills. |
