JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Urgent
Care - 30515 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE,
Days and hours are to be determined based on coverage needed within our
urgent care clinics. Various shifts between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm on
weekdays and 8:00 am - 6:00 pm on weekends/holidays. Be part of
something remarkable As an Advanced Practice Provider, you\'ll play an
integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing
high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse
Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to: \* Function as an independent
health care provider working collaboratively with a variety of other
providers, including family practitioners, internists, pediatricians,
and other NP/PA\'s. \* Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in
an urgent care setting. \* Provide medical care for acute or chronic
illnesses or injuries. \* Monitor lab and imaging results and provide
follow-up inquires by telephone regarding test results. \* Provide
electronic medical care utilizing eVisit and Telehealth platforms. \*

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : If Nurse Practitioner:
Master\'s or Doctorate\'s degree from accredited Nursing Program. If
Physician Assistant: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from accredited PA
Program. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP
or PA licensure If Nurse Practitioner\*: \* Active RN and APRN
certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in
state(s) of practice AND \* Active board certification as a NP in area
of clinical practice. These may include the following: Family. If
Physician Assistant\*: \* Active PA license, including prescriptive
authority, in state(s) of practice AND \* Active PA board certification
