Requisition Summary
The SAP Financial Business Analyst for Kenworth is a key member of the team leading the transformation of PACCAR's legacy accounting and business systems. This position acts as a Kenworth Subject Matter Expert in Accounting, internal processes and business requirements while supporting various SAP implementations. The position works within the Kenworth accounting organization and other PACCAR entities to develop best-in-class financial system solutions and create standardized business processes. Major areas supported include:General ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Account Receivable, Inventory, Forecast, and Internal Controls.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Direct and support SAP implementations for Kenworth.
Critique current business processes and recommend improvements.
Facilitate cross-divisional meetings, workshops, training and testing events.
Develop and execute detailed system testing plans.
Develop and conduct end user training.
Manage data migration from legacy systems to SAP including definition of data requirements and validation.
Create and publish system documentation.
Support users through system cutover and after go-live support.
Manage and/or assist with special projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
5 - 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory/management responsibility.
3 - 5 years of SAP experience including implementations and upgrade cycles.
Proficient PC skills focusing on the Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Ability to influence and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary.
Must be a self-starter, able to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
Understanding of U.S. GAAP and Internal Controls.
CPA, advanced degree and/or SAP certification preferred

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for the SAP Business Analyst is $110,600 - $173,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
