Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst II to join the team of a local client. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between corporate functional areas and information technology teams. You will collaborate with product owners and managers to understand business needs, create user stories, and document requirements throughout the SDLC. You will assist with backlog grooming and product road-mapping and provide project updates to stakeholders. Your responsibilities include writing business requirements, analyzing processes for improvements, and translating functional requirements into technical specifications. You will lead sprint planning in Azure DevOps, develop and execute test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, you will help develop contingency, upgrade, release, and support plans and contribute to best practices within the SDLC. This is a hybrid role working onsite in Bloomington, MN, 2x a week. This full-time opportunity offers $86,000 To $95,000 annually based on experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Information Technology.
3-5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Capability to work across multiple products simultaneously.
Experience as a BA on various products at once.
Proficiency in researching, analyzing, and solving software program issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, bridging communication between technical and non-technical staff and customers.
Ability to interact with end users to analyze processes and provide support.
Flexibility to manage multiple tasks, handle interruptions, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in end-user interaction, training, and support.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Experience working on projects involving data/customer data or customer-facing technology (e.g., mobile applications, websites).
