Overall responsibility for the recruiting process, including but not limited to creating, posting, and managing job requisitions using ADP Workforce Now
Facilitate a smooth hiring process for both managers and job applicants
Maintain organization, efficiency, and attention to detail standards
Draft communications materials, such as job postings and emails to hiring managers and candidates
Provide administrative and business support to Payroll and Benefits team
Process onboarding / new hire paperwork in ADP
Maintain accurate employee records and update employee information in ADP
Address employee inquiries promptly and professionally
Work collaboratively within the Payroll team and possess the ability to partner with other departments to meet their needs
Follows policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, and procedures
Assists with identifying and resolving issues affecting recruitment
Works to resolve issues with a sense of urgency
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or two years of directly related experience
Previous experience in recruiting, payroll, or related area
Preferred systems experience: ADP Workforce Now
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Can exercise problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Perceptive listening skills
Great attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Resilience in the face of unexpected challenges and setbacks
Self-starter and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Familiarity with relevant employment and / or payroll laws
Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines

Status: Full-time / Non-Exempt
Salary: $29 - $32 per hour
