    We are looking for a skilled Developer/Software Engineer to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a long-term contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that enhance guest experiences through sophisticated software solutions. As part of this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality applications while playing a key role in driving improvements in software delivery processes.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement Java-based applications and features to improve user experiences.
    • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to design, prioritize, and deliver software solutions.
    • Participate in software design and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
    • Enhance and optimize software performance, including memory and scalability improvements.
    • Resolve technical issues and deploy code efficiently.
    • Design and maintain backend systems using Typescript and Java frameworks.
    • Partner with mobile teams to define data contracts and ensure seamless integration.
    • Assemble software releases and contribute to refining delivery processes.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex problems and recommend process improvements.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate best practices into development workflows.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
    • 5-8 years of experience developing Java applications for enterprise or consumer use.
    • At least 2 years of backend development experience with Typescript, preferably using Nest.js.
    • Solid understanding of Java 17, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Docker.
    • Familiarity with networking protocols, web services, and REST APIs.
    • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including design patterns and code quality.
    • Proven experience working within Agile teams alongside product, design, QA, and development.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and locations.
