Building Maintenance Workers needed to perform work in and on residential apartment units located in South Charleston and Charleston. Will perform appliance installation & removal, repair work, and painting. Also, may perform carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing repair work. Must be able to pass drug screen test prior to hiring. Will work as a "temp" for approximately one year with regular employee evaluations prior to permanent hiring offer.
