Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and bake delicious Auntie Anne's pretzels according to our recipes and quality standards.
2. Serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing product information and assistance as needed.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food preparation areas, serving counters, and dining areas.
4. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
5. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of both customers and team members.
6. Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking ingredients and supplies.
7. Contribute to a positive work environment by working collaboratively with team members and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
Requirements:

1. Prior experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required; we provide training for all team members.
2. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
