Caregivers  - Full time and part time positions, flexible schedule, daytime and evening shifts

Current Openings

We have full-time and part-time positions available with flexible schedules. Choose whether you'd like an ongoing set schedule, pick up open shifts only, or do a combination.
We have daytime and evening shifts available.
Homemaking-Companionship and Personal Care positions are both available

Job duties may include:

Companionship
Homemaking: Meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and more
Transportation
Hands-on assistance of personal hygiene: Bathing, toileting, changing, oral hygiene, etc
Helping with transfers and ambulation, with or without assistive devices
Monitoring and documentation
Other non-medical home care duties

Qualifications:

Age 18 years or older (age 21 and older if providing transportation)
Ability and willingness to help with all or most of the job duties (some training available)
Professional, compassionate, mature, and trustworthy
Open to feedback and learning new approaches to care
Able to legally work in the United States with proper documents
Reliable transportation and backup transportation
Satisfactory results of a CORI and National Criminal Background Check
Verifiable references

Helpful but not required:

Massachusetts Certifications/Licenses related to caregiving such as CNA, HHA, PCA, CPR/First Aid
Driver's license/adult permit and a reliable, insured vehicle are preferred but not required
COVID Vaccination completed and up-to-date.
