EHS Intern (Part-time - 20 hours per week)

You will be responsible for supporting the development and administration of EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training.
Major Areas of Accountability
Maintain EHS data and build routine reports.
Ensure records for Incidents, Non-Conformities, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) are appropriately managed and closed.
Perform root cause analysis on safety related incidents.
Complete EHS related inspections.
Conduct EHS risk assessments.
Develop and deliver EHS training.
Support EHS projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
Or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences/Engineering, Risk Management, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Training or experience with OSHA/EPA standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
