Weekend Shift! Hand Solderer The Hand Solder role is unique for
individuals who likes to use precision hand tools, soldering components
like surface mount and thru-hole. Who are we? Founded in 1849, Ducommun

tuition reimbursement Job Summary Performs a variety of hand soldering
to all classes of assemblies, including surface mount, thru-hole,
wires/modification and rework through the use of a microscope. In
addition, may perform more complex assembly operations as assigned by
the production supervisor. Additional responsibilities include: Assemble
electrical or electromechanical devices or components using a variety of
hardware/tools Operate a variety of equipment as needed to fulfill
customer requirements Understand and identify defects in accordance with
applicable workmanship standard and class Perform verification tests in
accordance with assembly instructions Perform work with minimal
supervision and instruction Rework and/or repair assemblies as required
Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members Responsible for the
proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their
work area. Perform other assignments as required Minimum Qualifications
HS Diploma Required Ability to learn basic component identification
skills. Ability to perform simple task utilizing work instructions
Ability to perform basic and routine repetitive mechanical assembly
operations using fixtures and tools. Ability to read and follow detailed
