Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Cyber Operations Planner in Ft Meade, MD. As a Cyber Operations Planner and Subject Matter Expert, you will also function as an Access Operations SETA. Your role involves providing comprehensive technical expertise related to the existing access generation capabilities within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities. Additionally, you'll focus on understanding the business processes that facilitate the utilization of these capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related fields

14 years experience in cyber operations or similar technical field

5 years experience conducting access operations within DoD or IC

5 years experience coordinating Analytical Support Services for the execution of various tactical or strategic operational plans to enable specific planned outcomes.

5 years experience utilizing intelligence and forensic products, indications and warning analysis, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, and moving target indications.

3-5 years experience with backtracking, counterintelligence, counter terrorism, foreign disclosure, international engagement, and threat analysis.

2 years experience supporting access level operations as an operator or analyst

Understanding of MITM/MOTS

TS/SCI CI Poly or Full Scope Poly within last 4 years

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Scripting experience and knowledge of MITM/MOTS TTPS
