Education/experience | Advanced degree and/or education and experience that equates to an advanced degree in fields such as Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, or other related quantitative disciplines. |
Job Summary | The Internship Data Manager will be responsible for developing an educational process and culture to capture relevant student and employer characteristics. Create a robust data collection plan and explore and identify pathways and processes to achieve goals by modernizing, collecting, synthesizing, and documenting credit and non-credit bearing internship experiences. The Internship Data Manager will also be responsible for benchmarking equitable student access and participation, with the ability to compare metrics with the Commonwealth and national data. This is a restricted, benefits eligible, non-renewable position resulting in a robust baseline report built on best-practices to serve our students. |
