| Job Description: |
Twin City Staffing is seeking skilled MIG, TIG, and structural welders to join our growing team in Anoka, MN. Whether you're looking for a day or evening shift, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading metal fabrication company that values craftsmanship, safety, and advancement. Location: Anoka, MN
Wage: $20.00 – $36.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours:
1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday
2nd shift: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the welder:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
Grind and dress welds to required finish
Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Set up jobs and verify part counts
Communicate supply and equipment needs
Operate hoist and manual pallet jack
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Collaborate with other welders and complete required paperwork
Requirements of the welder:
Minimum 2 years of welding experience or technical training
AWS D1.1 certification preferred
Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
Steel-toed boots required
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
