We're looking for compassionate individuals in the Great Barrington, MA area and its surrounding towns to become Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role allows you to:

Key Responsibilities:
-    Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions.
-    Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
-    Perform personal care tasks, ensuring the dignity and comfort of the individuals.
-    Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events.
-    Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans.
-    Maintain a safe and positive environment for all individuals.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
-    Must be 18 years or older to be considered.
-    Experience working with individuals with mental health or behaviors.
-    Preferred experience with MAP and SafetyCare training (QBS) is a plus!
-    Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
-    A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
-    Ability to pass background and motor vehicle check
