Manager of Development for Major & Planned Gifts oversees a
comprehensive and multi-faceted major and planned giving program for
Gundersen Medical Foundation overseeing and directing a team of 3-5
major gift officers. What you will do: Responsible for designing,
coordinating, implementing and managing an effective major gift program
(\$10,000+) Works closely with the Director of Development as well as
the executive director of operations, foundation board chairman, and
chair of the development committee Maintain a personal portfolio of 100
donors and prospects and maintain and promote a personal, professional
philosophy of community involvement by participation in professional and
