    • Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns, ensuring compliance and process control.

    • Build and manage client relationships with a focus on planning, consulting, and tax risk mitigation.
    • Enhance processes with best practices, mentor the tax team, and collaborate with external auditors.
