Job Description

Description:

• We are seeking a Medical Education Services Associate to help ensure product samples, displays and exhibits for meetings, VIP visits, courses, and sales rep demos are delivered on time to ensure a successful event.
Essential job functions:
• Processes requests from sales and marketing for samples and displays and ships to desired location.
• Pull from inventory, stage for packing, pack and arrange for shipping of samples, displays and exhibits
• . Receive, unpack and return samples, displays and exhibits to inventory, document and track shipments, follow up with sales and marketing for return shipments
• Communicates cross functionally to develop plans for support of meetings, VIP visits and courses. Creates summary documents and files for meetings, VIP visits and courses.
• Maintain department inventory spreadsheet, documenting when items are shipped out and returned.
• Implement process improvements related to execution of skills labs on site or in field
• May assist in supporting and operating the UE RV Program. Duties include:
o Ordering supplies and specimens for the In-Service Specialists while also coordinating the logistics of the deliveries
o Processing payments from vendors
o Maintain quality control of the RV program by monitoring program participant’s adherence to established Wright Medical policies and procedures.
