JOB SUMMARY: Manages all activities related to the Division’s warehousing operations, ensuring that Division and Company objectives for efficiency, economy, quality and productivity are met or exceeded.
There are approx. 65 union warehouse associates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Supervises, through subordinate management, approximately 50 to 70 employees, including hourly staff. Manages projects with significant financial and strategic impact. May manage various external vendors.
PERFORMANCE CATEGORIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification:
Bachelors’ degree in business administration or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent. Consideration will be given to strong background without a degree.
Experience:
7 years of progressively responsible experience in warehousing operations involving multi-temperature environment with receiving, inventory control and shipping and 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
Union environment experience required.
Experience with ERP systems and WMS. We have JDEdwards and JDA/Blue Yonder.
Implementation experience a plus

* The expected range for this position is $80,000 - 110,000/ year, plus bonus and auto allowance.
