Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager/Project Estimator with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. As a Project Manager/Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in construction management and estimating will contribute to the success of our projects. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary will be based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Project Estimator or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and management principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents
- Proficiency in construction management software for project planning and scheduling
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services
- Familiarity with project management processes and tools
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite
