In this role, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while assisting with crew management and driving company trucks with trailers as needed. This is not an either/or position—you’ll train as a Crew Leader while actively working as a Landscaper.
?? Starting Pay: $17+/hour (based on experience, certifications, and licenses)
Minimum Requirements:
? Valid Driver’s License (required)
? Chauffeur’s License or Endorsement (preferred; must obtain before starting if not already held)
? 1+ years of landscaping experience (required); Crew Leader experience preferred
? DOT Medical Card (preferred; must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and drug test before starting)
? MDARD Pesticide License (preferred; company covers costs for necessary licenses)
? Irrigation experience (preferred)
What You’ll Do:
?? Daily Operations: Load, secure, and transport equipment; perform landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, pruning, etc.); install flowers and mulch
?? Equipment Maintenance: Clean, service, and inspect trucks and landscaping equipment
?? Crew Leadership Training: Conduct site inspections, train personnel, manage schedules, and ensure quality standards are met
? Winter Responsibilities: Assist with snow removal, including nights, weekends, and holidays
