Job Details

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following

• Import CAD model from 3D mold design into electrode design CAD/CAM software.
• Communicate with CNC graphite and EDM machinists, mold makers, project engineers and management for any specific requirements
• Design electrodes based on; line up, machining capabilities.
• Strategically design electrodes for efficient CNC machining and EDM machining
• Continuously work closely with employees to improve design
• Follow procedures written in the Quality Systems Manual

Essential Education & Abilities

• Ability to interact effectively with various departments within the organization.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multi-task
• Prefer 2-3 years of design experience.
• EDM experience preferred
• High Schools degree/GED.
