The role involves managing inbound calls and processing customer claims, while ensuring high accuracy in data entry. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity that will require you to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage interruptions efficiently. Position is ON-SITE Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (No OT available).


    Responsibilities:


    • Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries efficiently

    • Process customer claims, aiming for high accuracy and speed

    • Maintain and update customer records regularly

    • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and organize data

    • Develop and maintain basic office skills including copying, email, and filing

    • Adapt to interruptions and maintain productivity and efficiency

    • Prioritize speed and accuracy in data entry, aiming for Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph

    • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

    • Provide excellent customer service in all interaction

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required.
    • The candidate should possess basic office skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
    • Ability to type at a speed of 6,000 - 8,000 kph, preferably in an alphanumeric format.
    • Capability to handle tasks such as copying documents is necessary.
    • Comfortable with using email for detail oriented communication.
    • Experience in filing and managing paperwork effectively is desired.
