    Responsibilities:

    • Process reservations accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all client details are correctly entered into the system.

    • Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal departments.

    • Document client needs and issues using proper grammar and clear notation.

    • Manage assigned tasks promptly and meet deadlines consistently.

    • Collaborate with team members to identify and address challenges.

    • Adapt to new systems and processes as required.

    • Uphold high standards of punctuality, responsibility, and initiative.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned to support department goals.

    • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic internet navigation.
    • Capability to work efficiently in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
    • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing customer service systems.
    • Demonstrated reliability, persistence, and ownership of responsibilities.
