Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a franchise of a national senior care provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and Caregivers for our Kaimuki to Hawaii Kai location in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical industry. As a member of our team, you will provide direct care to seniors in their homes, assisting them with activities of daily living and promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to seniors in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Provide companionship and engage seniors in social, cognitive, and physical activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Active certification as a CNA or previous experience as a caregiver
- Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
