Minimum Hiring Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a current valid Class A CDL, not licensed in a monopolistic
Must pass a DOT pre-employment
Must be able to pass a road test.
No FMCSA Drug or Alcohol Violations including positives/refusals in the last 5 years. Violations
older than 5 years will require review.
Criminal History Guidelines
No felony committed while operating a commercial motor vehicle ever.
No leaving the scene of an accident in any motor vehicle.
No multiple DUI's/DWI's in the last 5 years.
No drug or alcohol violations in any vehicle in the last 3 years.
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
No speeding 15 mph or more over the posted speed limit in any vehicle in the last year.
No pending felony charges or active warrants.
Current probations require a letter clearing driver for interstate commerce.
.No felony conviction in the last year.
No multiple felonies related to drug trafficking or smuggling in the last 3 years.
No convictions of sexual offenses or offenses involving harm to a minor, or human trafficking
ever.
Multiple misdemeanors, fine payment plans, probations, and multiple deferrals in the last 5
years must be reviewed.
Accident History Guidelines
No more than 3 preventable incidents/accidents in a CMV within the last 3 years. If only 6
months of experience, no preventable
incidents/accidents in a CMV.
No layover/rollover or head on collision accidents in a CMV in the last 3 years.
All DOT Recordable accidents in the last 3 years will be subject to review.

Trainee Pay Scale (Students)

While completing on road training, student drivers will be paid $100 per day. Up to $700 per week. Student must be on truck and available to work in order to be compensated.

Pay Scale (Solo)  

$.50 CPM per mile on ALL dispatched miles (loaded or unloaded) PLUS $.03 CPM average accessorial pay PLUS $.04 CPM bonus potential. Bonus is paid quarterly. Totals up to $.57 CPM to start. Plus $.01 CPM increase at 6 months, 12 months, then at the 2,3,5, and 7 year anniversaries.

Pay Scale (Team) 

$.58 per mile split + $.03 CPM average accessorial pay PLUS $.04 CPM bonus potential. Bonus is paid quarterly. Totals up to $.65 CPM. Plus $.02 CPM increase at 6 months, 12 months, then at the 2,3,5, and 7 year anniversaries.
