The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Key Role Details

  • Hourly rate of $25.80 + Super + Incentives

  • Operational Hours: National Service Delivery 7:00am – 7:00pm (Monday – Friday)

  • Full-time only

  • Location: Work from Home - Every minute you’re working, you’re earning!

  • Initial equipment collection required

  • Successful applicants must be able to collect IT equipment from: Adelaide, Brisbane, Dandenong, Geelong, Melbourne, Parramatta, and Perth

  • Fixed term role, ending 31/10/2025 - Ongoing opportunities for high performers

Who are you?

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age 

  • Must have minimum 30Mbps download and 15Mbps upload for home office 

  • Passionate about customer service 

  • Eager to work towards goals and targets 

  • Confident and capable in using computers and systems 

  • Existing experience within a contact centre environment – highly desirable!

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
