you: Are you FIS? About the role: As an Implementation-Conversion
Analyst I, you will be examining data files, processes, forms, reports
and operational needs of customers and complete data mapping and
transaction workflow documents as the basis for conversion to FIS
systems. About the Team Team consists of management or senior peers and
you will be part of a team to work on the projects and learn through
experience and make an impact and eventually take on more complex
projects and share ideas and suggestions . Typically requires one to
three years implementation and/or conversion experience with a
demonstrated ability to handle small project complexity. You will
develop an understanding of the client products and services through
information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be
established to meet client needs. Perform data analysis, product mapping
and interviews, gather forms and data files from customer and assesses
requirements for software utilization and discuss software customization
requirements with programming team As part of the conversion process,
tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing
reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how
conversion data will be processed and conduct readiness reviews. You may
act as an on-site resource during conversion and answers questions,
troubleshoots problems as they occur, supports implementation of\... For
