and more Key Responsibilities: Check and identify worn or dirty parts on
spray guns to ensure proper proper function Match or detect differences
between colors, including shades of color and brightness; ensuring it
matches specifications Determine any special hanging, masking, painting,
or packaging requirements per specifications Supervise production line
operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures Train and
coach production line employees including training on safety and
housekeeping Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
Job Qualifications: Must have some high school or equivalent experience.
Must have the ability to read/write and understand both verbal and
written work instructions, work orders and customer specifications. Must
demonstrate high level of eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
Must be able to Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, stand for all
or most of a regular work shift. Must have and wear protective gear
