JOB SUMMARY
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking for a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional physical and emotional care to our elderly clients. The CNA/ NA will be available to work flexible shifts and will be paid weekly for their services.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position pays a competitive salary of $18 to $22 per hour and is paid weekly. Additional compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview.

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist elderly citizens with basic needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, preparing meals, and medication reminders
• Carry out light housekeeping tasks as directed by a nurse or physician
• Change bed linens, wash dirty laundry, and make beds
• Transport clients to and from appointments and other locations
• Document care given and report any changes in the client’s condition
• Interact professionally and compassionately with clients, caregivers, and their families
• Follow safety precautions and maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Provide comfort and emotional support to clients

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) certification
• At least one year of experience in the healthcare/medical field
• Ability to connect with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Dependable transportation
