CP-GERMANTOWN HEALTH CENTER facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE:
0.900000 Shift: 1st Schedule: Mondays 0800-1600, Tuesdays OFF,
Wednesdays 0745-1815, Thursdays 0745-1815, Fridays 0800-1700, and
rotating half day Saturdays at West Bend 4 or 5 times a year Job
Summary: Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical,
non-technical, and clerical functions. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: Completion of approved Phlebotomy program including
clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related health care
experience including direct patient contact. Phlebotomy experience in a
clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient
draws preferred.EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent is
preferred. LICENSURE: ASCP certification preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS
DESCRIPTION: Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and
follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required
documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count
instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer,
problem-solving and good communication skills are required. Perks &
