We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst located in Allen, Texas, 75013, United States. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be required to provide comprehensive IT support, both onsite and remotely, to end users in a corporate and warehouse environment.
THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT SUPPORT
POSITION: DESKTOP SUPPORT
LOCATION: ALLEN, TX
DURATION: 6 MONTH CONTRACT TO PERMANENT
SALARY: $65-70K
Responsibilities:
- Provide full onsite/desk side and remote support to end users for all their IT issues
- Mobile devices and tablets support and management including provisioning of hardware
- Coordinate the acquisition of hardware and software
- Keep IT assets update.
- Vendor support for the IT area
