Overview: The Children's Home of Wyoming is seeking Residential Child Care Workers in Liberty, NY. The Residential Child care Workers will provide support to youth ages 10-17 yrs in a residential setting. They will work effectively with clients, families, staff and community contacts with a diversity of backgrounds and life situations. The individuals in this role will create and maintain and atmosphere that is beneficial to the physical and emotional health of youth and perform any and all miscellaneous job duties that may be required from time to time. Skills required to perform this position: Good Communication Organization Client Confidentiality and Professionalism Time Management Requirements; Physical Exam Reference Checks Drug Screening Own Car Class D NY State Valid Licensed and must meet insurance liability requirements throughout employment Background Check 2 years Experience working with Youth Shift, Salary and Benefits: Full-time and Part-time positions, Monday-Sunday, Hours Vary,$18.50 to $19.50 hourly, Benefits include; Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and 401K/Retirement.
