Responsibilities:

Summer camp staff lead fun outdoor activities for an assigned group of campers between the ages of 6-10. Activities include sports, swimming, teambuilding, arts & crafts, hiking, STEM, nature education, and more! We are looking for high energy individuals who enjoy the outdoors and want to be a positive role model for kids.

Required qualifications:

Ability to adjust to a fast pace of work, think on your feet, and use common sense
Ability to effectively relate to youth of various ages
Familiarity with the diverse population that the Boys & Girls Club serves
Experience in youth development, education, or recreation (coaching) preferred

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:
Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification/Clearances:
First Aid Certification (Preferred)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
PA Criminal History (Must Have)
PA Child Abuse (Must Have)
Mandated Reporter Training (Must Have)
FBI fingerprint results-Department of Human Services (Must Have)
