Job Description:
Genesis10 is seeking a Solution Architect for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote.



Job Description:

Only looking for resources with significant data architecture / solution architecture experience with "Client " risk and quality data systems and sound understanding of health risk and quality data.

Candidates with clinical data and patient safety data knowledge / experience will be strongly preferred.

Experienced Solution Architects (with healthcare data architecture experience) ASAP to assess, define and solution the buildout of a centralized, enterprise data and reporting solution for Clinical and Quality Measures as requested by the "Client " board.







Required Basic Qualifications:
In scope - 50 Quality and Patient Safety measures from across 22 OH Bus Units Metrics and measure definitions already defined for all 50 metrics 22 source systems identified that would submit the metrics and measures or the required data from source systems to support in-scope measures -- already identified and documented in Excel spreadsheets
Gap Analysis underway and due by March 1
SAs to support in-flight Gap Analysis and Solution Assessment with a focus on: Source data quality analysis and data quality gaps - data availability, completeness, concurrency, consistency etc.
Review all the current state inventory, complete gap analysis of all the current state, put together a recommendation of the future state in partnership with all entities.
Source data acquisition options - batch, event driven, frequency etc.
Metrics / Data Normalization requirements and gaps for enterprise reporting Opportunity identification for source systems to align source system data acquisition / metric definition consistency (?) with the enterprise normalized metrics
Backward auditability of metrics and measures between enterprise solution and source systems
SAs to lead and deliver end to end reporting solution design / architecture, scoping and sizing for capital budget submission -
Due by April 19th 2024
Define scope of data infrastructure (end to end data supply chain across 22 sources with acquisition, landing, staging etc.), data normalization and enrichment infrastructure, ETL pipelines with critical path dependencies and reporting infrastructure
Create current state, future and transition states data flow and reference architectures for the QPS measures
Identify the improvements needed in the LOB specific systems and processes, while creating the common infrastructure that everyone can reuse
Provide future state solutions that align with existing strategic solutions like - Enterprise Clinical Data Hub, Care Data Platform, etc
Partner with Health architects, business leaders each LOB team to provide a comprehensive solution
Identify where we need common /enterprise solutions vs. local solutions and pros/cons with each method
High-level ROM definition for proposed enterprise solution
High-level plan for developing the enterprise solution





Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
