Your Role and Responsibilities

This is a position with IBM Japan Staff Operations Corporation (ISOC).
As a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) for HR/General Affairs/Procurement work, you will perform work in a system environment for the client according to procedure manuals.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.
- General PC skills
- General Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Communication and teamwork oriented attitude towards work
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in human resources, general affairs or purchasing
- Knowledge of payroll calculation
- Excel functions (SUM/COUNT/VLOOKUP)
- Ability to respond to inquiries via email.
- Skills in extracting and proposing work that will lead to business improvement
