Job Description


Directs and manages a team of design verification engineers responsible for IP and/or SoC design verification. Deploys and manages leading silicon design verification processes, procedures, verification tools, and technologies based on latest best industry practices. Works with design, microarchitecture, and post-silicon validation teams to identify design bugs and improve overall microarchitecture. Collaborates with program leaders on the verification delivery and regression metrics against milestone requirements. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree on Electrical engineering, Computer engineering or related

- 5+ years of experience in logic design or validation
- 2+ years of experience with modern design practices

- At least 3 years of Experience in RTL design, logic design or pre-silicon validation

- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Manager.

- Candidate must be able to work across geographies.

- Advanced English level.

- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiar with Synopsys tools

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
