Your Role and Responsibilities
Enabling an exemplary experience for candidates and hiring managers is central to Talent Acquisition’s Process Excellence team. In this role, you will provide solutions to everyday challenges to help drive IBM’s hiring momentum and success.
Join our team as a Process Excellence Lead and play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency across the company. This role is crucial for someone with a keen eye for process improvement, risk management, and compliance adherence, aiming to streamline operations and elevate both candidate and business experiences.
You will provide support in the following areas:
Process Improvement and Standardization
Streamline and enhance processes to ensure they are efficient and straightforward.
Drive positive experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders by optimizing process flows.
Compliance Monitoring
Conduct regular monitoring to ensure compliance with both internal policies and external legislation
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and their impacts on operations.
Develop and implement robust strategies for risk mitigation.
Training and Communication
Design and deliver training programs focused on process compliance and operational excellence.
Develop clear and concise communication materials to facilitate understanding and compliance among team members.
Tools and Technologies
Ensure all technologies meet company and legal obligations.
Align new process documentation with the deployment of new technologies and provide relevant training.
Stakeholder Engagement
Keep stakeholders informed about process changes, compliance updates, and regulatory shifts.
Consult with, address concerns from, and collaborate with stakeholders on continuous process improvements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To hit the ground running, you’ll ideally have experience in Talent Acquisition
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in project management and business controls is also helpful
