    Responsibilities:

    • Experience negotiating technology MSAs, especially in media, broadcast, or enterprise SaaS/IaaS

    • Strong familiarity with SLAs, indemnification, limitation of liability, IP licensing, data privacy, cloud service terms, Multi-party or channel agreements (e.g., with SIs or resellers).

    • Negotiate and draft contracts related to cloud technologies and data privacy.

    • Handle IaaS software agreements.

    • Work closely with the legal group on various projects.

    • Use your legal knowledge and familiarity with legal terminology in contract management.

    • Amend contracts as needed to ensure they meet company and legal requirements.
