The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing clerical and organizational tasks needed to keep the office operating smoothly! This position handles incoming calls, mail and in-person customers, daily reconciliation, assist with payables and receivables, filing, managing supplies, and assists other departments with a variety of tasks.
