JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service
Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. A
background in automotive and auto insurance is a must. - Answer incoming
customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist customers
with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders,
returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer
complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain customer
records by updating account information - Perform data entry tasks to
