learn more by applying to join our Field Services Summer Internship! As
a Field Services Intern, you will receive valuable on-the-job experience
by working side-by-side with a Field Service Technician (FST) mentor.
During this paid internship opportunity, you will shadow FST mentors and
assist with onsite installation, troubleshooting, repairs and
maintenance of telecommunications products, services and equipment
provided to our residential and commercial customers. In this role, you
will gain an understanding of how we deliver our products and services
on time to our customers and provide exceptional customer service! Pay:
The hourly compensation for this position is \$15.00. Field Service
Technicians generally work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 p.m. local time.
Flexible hours and schedules are available, including a start date.
Intern Resources: Our interns partner with seasoned professionals to
help with executing high-priority company projects and day-to-day
operational activities. As an intern, TDS offers you: Access to an
Intern Associate Resource Group (ARG). This group\'s purpose is to
support you by providing extra resources for development, opportunities
for internal advancement, and forums to connect with other interns
throughout the company. ARG meets once per month to allow you to hear
from other interns about their projects, as well as leaders within our
organization about their team. They host networking events to grow your
connections within the organization with the goal of finding full-time
employment by your graduation. Prioritization of your professional
development from in-depth training. Emphasis on ethics and promoting a
