INMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR CENTRAL STATION ALARM OPERATORS Job description (NOT a security guard position) EVENING SHIFT OPENING: 4:00pm-Midnight OVERNIGHT SHIFT OPENING: 10:00pm-6:00am or 11:00pm-7:00am DUTIES: Job tasks will vary from time to time and are not limited to but will include: . Answer calls into the central station handle or direct appropriately. . Monitoring of all types of alarm signals including but not limited to surveillance videos . Data entry. . Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively . Excellent observation skills and attention to detail . Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills/Qualifications: Dependability, Telephone Skills, Great Customer Service Skills, Attention to Detail, Customer Focus, Multi-tasking, Must be a Team Player, Data Entry Skills, Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment This is a full time entry level position with competitive benefits. We are also looking for qualified and experienced central station operators. Training will be provided on site during day shift and will ultimately end with placement on the evening or overnight shift and will include 2 consecutive days off. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
