    We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a well-established finance company based in Carmel, Indiana. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing support across multiple departments.


    This position will serve as the first point of contact for the front desk and will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks, coordinating internal communications, handling mail and phones, and supporting company events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a strong command of Microsoft Office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer and route incoming phone calls
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
    • Maintain front desk and common areas in a clean and organized manner
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing materials for departmental use
    • Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and file management
    • Coordinate and support internal and external company events
    • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
    • Assist with special projects as needed


    Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office coordinator

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong organizational and time-management abilities

    Professional demeanor and customer service skills

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
