J&B Maintenance Corporation, DBA The Estate Window Cleaning Company, is interested in interviewing candidates for employment. Candidates can apply on line at: Estatewindowcleaning.com/employment Duties include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and carious other forms of interior and exterior building maintenance. The ideal candidate would value being part of a team and desirous of having a career, not just a job. They would also have trade experience (working physically), be comfortable working at heights, have reliable transportation, a strong worth ethic and a spirit of service. Specific experience cleaning windows or pressure washing is not a requirement. The candidate would be able to follow both written or verbal instruction, confident enough to ask questions when unsure of what is expected, and would excel and thrive when working within the context of proven systems and policies. The candidate would bring the correct attitude to the work; the coaching that brings then success will be provided for them. Our meeting point varies, but is always within the 10990, 10921 or 10924 zip codes (Warwick, florida, Goshen, NY). The employee would be responsible for transportation to and from the meeting point. Company transportation is used after meeting. Starting compensation range is $17.50 - $22.00 per hour based on experience. Health benefits are possible after 90 day probation period.
