    A multi-office regional law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to add to their team. They take on a variety of commercial litigation matters, such as real estate litigation, business disputes, and contract disputes. 


    The salary range for this role is 70-100k DOE with additional bonus earnings. They offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401k with 5% company match, PTO and sick time, all court holidays paid, paid parking space or transportation stipend reimbursement. 

    This role offers up to 2 days to work from home, after successful onboarding. 


    Paralegals at the firm focus on billable work and are assigned a legal assistant to help them do so. They have an annual billable target of 1440. 

    They support multiple attorneys and have a supportive group of paralegals across the U.S. who routinely brainstorm and help each other with procedures, technology and case strategy. The firm has an e-discovery team who uploads electronic discovery into Relativity and will train on how to use the platform. 

    5+ years of experience as a Paralegal, handing litigation matters, commercial litigation preferred

    Prior experience tracking and billing your own time

    Experience with all stages of litigation including trial prep and support

    Ability to draft motions, discovery, memos and other legal documents

    Strong research skills

    Prior experience with Relativity a plus, not required
