Job Description:
Need 6 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag Equipment Operators to work in Little Falls, MN.
From: 11/27/2025 to 04/30/2025
Work: 60 hrs./week, Mon. - Sat. 10 hrs./day, 7:00am-6:00pm.
Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Drive and operate machinery to plant, cultivate and harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as a disc and drill and tow harvesting equipment. Maintain farm machinery and notify Supervisors of any machinery malfunctions. Drive and haul crops, supplies, workers and tools. All work-related tools, supplies and equipment will be provided by the employer at no cost.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 months experience. Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Must be able to obtain a Class D driver's license or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employer's expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. No minimum education required.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
