Job Description

 
Develop menus and recipes for dishes of Japanese cuisine. Responsible for food preparation, seasoning, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food. Check the quality of raw and cooked dishes. Order supplies. Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in Japanese cuisine is required.
